Who makes Turn Four
Turn Four is an iPhone puzzle game made by Andrew Wilkinson, trading as Source 120. For privacy questions, contact hello@source120.com.
Information saved by the app
The app stores puzzle boards, moves, undo history, completed levels, hint credits and receipts, and preferences such as turn direction and haptics. This information is kept in the app’s storage on your iPhone. Turn Four does not send it to Source 120 or a developer-operated server.
No tracking or app data collection
Turn Four does not include advertising, analytics, tracking software, accounts or a developer-operated online service. It does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or location. You can play without an internet connection.
Backups and deletion
iOS may include app data in device backups, depending on your Apple settings. Backup and restore behaviour is controlled by Apple and your settings. Removing the app with Delete App removes its local progress; Offload App can retain app data. Older backups may still contain saved data. The game currently has no account, developer-side save recovery or in-app cloud sync.
If you ask for support
Sending an email is optional. We use your email address, message and any screenshots you choose to send to answer your question and investigate the problem. Support email is handled through Source 120’s email provider, HEY. We do not sell your information. Please avoid sending passwords or other sensitive information. You can request correction or deletion of your support correspondence by emailing us; records are kept only for as long as needed for support and relevant business or legal obligations.
This website and Apple services
These support pages are separate from the app. Cloudflare hosts the website and processes technical request information, such as IP addresses and requested URLs, to deliver and secure it. Cloudflare may also measure website visits and page-load performance through its Web Analytics service; this does not receive your puzzle progress or hint balance. These Turn Four pages do not include the main Source 120 site’s Umami analytics script or advertising. Read Cloudflare’s Web Analytics information or the main site’s website privacy information. Apple’s App Store, device diagnostics and backups are governed by Apple’s privacy information.

This policy describes the current version of Turn Four. We will update it if the way the game handles information changes. Contact hello@source120.com with questions or privacy requests.
