An iPhone number puzzle by Source 120
Small turns.
Clever puzzles.
Turn four tiles at a time. Find 1, 2, 3 and 4 in every row, column and box. A turn that fixes one group can disturb another.
A small board with plenty to think about. Turn either way, retrace a move, and take as long as you like.

20 challenges
Take a little longer.
Four tiles move together.
1. Choose a turn
Tap a round arrow between four tiles. Each tap rotates that group by a quarter-turn, clockwise or the other way.
2. Watch the whole board
Every row, column and outlined 2×2 box needs each number once. Neighbouring groups share tiles, so one change can affect several places.
3. Find your way through
Undo a move, try another direction or ask for a hint. There’s no timer and no rush to finish.
A little more to think about.
